That's good to hear.

If people want to be troublemakers, then they will be leaving.

That's all.
Avatar
First you show them the door, and if they act up, the bouncer steps in. (edited)

All I knew of Mistgod was what I heard on Jean-luc’s podcast. I took it without question. I never thought his experiences, beliefs and attitudes caused so much trouble!
3:35 AM
Now I want to find out how it all played out.
Avatar
His beliefs weren't the problem.
Avatar
Sound like his attitudes towards others were.
Avatar
His attitudes and general treatment of others was. Extremely easily offended by the smallest things, and overdramatic or otherwise phrasing things in a manner that was fairly insulting to the ideas of others.
3:37 AM
If he bothered to actually pin down what he was discussing, and act with respect towards those he disagreed with, an actual discussion could be had. As it was... no.
Avatar
Was mistgod on the podcast?
3:40 AM
or was it a podcast about the person without them being there?
Avatar
mistgod was present in 1 of the podcasts iirc
Avatar
He was on the first podcast as far as I know.

For those who are in a system with more then 2: When did you decide to make a second tulpa? And why? We don't want another tulpa... sorta. But, Wolf and somewhat myself are kind of attached to our new servator... We are on the fence, but I don't know how soon is to soon. Wolf is 1.5 months old... (edited)
Avatar
more or equal to?
Avatar
Syfar System 5/25/2018 5:28 AM
As in 2 created Tulpa.
Avatar
ah, gotcha
5:28 AM
perhaps that is way too soon, as wolf isn't really developed themselves yet
Avatar
1.5 months old? No. I do not recommend that.
Avatar
once you go 2nd tulpa, you'll never be able to go back
5:29 AM
enjoy having just one for now and ensure they develop well
Avatar
Let Wolf fully establish him(her?)self first. Try to learn possession. Switching. Live your life with him(her?) for some time without trying to make another tulpa, and see how it goes.
Avatar
^ i made the mistake of creating another one too soon so i didn't really experience much solo
5:29 AM
but i don't regret it, that's why @Clo is here
Avatar
Just the same as creating a first tulpa, it isn't a practically reversable decision. Give it a decent amount of time before making that further decision.
Avatar
Syfar System 5/25/2018 5:30 AM
I mean, I can talk, and interact with the world. Perhaps im just alittle ahead in development because im always around.
Avatar
Development isn't all that is meant here.
Avatar
Think of it like this, you may think you're ahead when you actually aren't
Avatar
^This is also the case.
Avatar
Syfar System 5/25/2018 5:32 AM
Maybe we just like the idea, not of another tulpa, but of the servator's look. ... idk.
Avatar
Maybe Wolf should use the form
Avatar
Essentially... take your time and live first.
Avatar
Syfar System 5/25/2018 5:33 AM
Thats what I thought, but I just wanted some more information regarding the subject.
5:33 AM
Thanks.
Avatar
Of course.
Avatar
Syfar System 5/25/2018 5:34 AM
@Feral Yah, maybe your right.
Avatar
I was just like you Wolf
Avatar
Syfar System 5/25/2018 5:34 AM
as in my development
Avatar
The thing is... you may not specifically regret having the tulpa, and will likely love them just as much, but you may regret having made them.
5:34 AM
And, beyond that, simply living and enjoying life is not a bad idea.
5:35 AM
Let yourself get used to the new perspective so that you can make a rational decision.

I also hear 3 members is a bad number or somthing. Because one can get lonely.
Avatar
Once can get lonely, we've considered creating a third
5:35 AM
It's like a stew: if you put too much in it, it will spoil the broth
Avatar
Syfar System 5/25/2018 5:36 AM
Never heard that one before
5:36 AM
but ok

Jack o' Nin9's 5/25/2018 9:35 AM
Can anyone tell me about a phenomenon I can best describe as tulpa regression?
9:38 AM
It honestly feels scarier than fuck. What I'm experiencing it's like... Having a close friend up and disappear without a trace because you weren't paying attention to them.
Avatar
Good news, your tulpa is about to have a huge progress spike.
Avatar
Jack o' Nin9's 5/25/2018 9:40 AM
I'm starting to develop a theory that tulpas are like mental babies. And in their beginning developmental stages, your focus is the umbilical cord. Even when they're "born" they still need a level of intimacy that could be on the level of a child's and I was not giving that to her.
Avatar
Essentially. Back then, tulpas tend to "disappear" for a little while and come back usually with some more progress. Just keep narrating/forcing as usual even if there's no responses.
Avatar
Jack o' Nin9's 5/25/2018 9:43 AM
I dislike this feeling. It's concerning.
9:44 AM
I don't communicate and connect with people well and that often results in large amounts of time without contact. I didn't even realize I was doing that to Nin9. What if she DOES come back and she's pissed off? How do I even deal with that?
Avatar
Explain the situation to her and apologize. I'm sure she'll understand.
Avatar
How much do hosts change through the process of tulpamancing?
Avatar
depends
1:53 PM
I don't think I really changed that much
Avatar
we all went through a lot of personal growth in the past 8 months or so, that affects the host
1:54 PM
but unless the tulpa actually takes over your life, I don't see why there would be major changes that wouldn't have occurred anyway
Avatar
My host experiened a lot of personal growth and was pulled out of depression.
Avatar
Unless the person already thought of themselves as "we" rather than "me", the full depth of that shift sinks in over time.
4:02 PM
I would not call it a minor change.
Avatar
I mean....I have always said we're gonna do X not I'm gonna do X
4:05 PM
if anything, I find myself saying I more, as I do things instead of Ikari
Avatar
Our system has two tulpas, one host :) . Each of us uses "we" more often than I in company where we can be unguarded. We have for a long time. In other company we accept that "I", when we say it can refer to a single member of the system, or be used interchangeably with "we"
7:02 PM
we think "we" more often than "I", as all decisions are taken by consensus
Avatar
Syfar System 5/25/2018 7:05 PM
Even with just 1 tulpa and 1 host, we think the same way. (edited)

We struggle to not say "we"

Syfar System 5/25/2018 7:08 PM
exactly xD
Avatar
𝐂𝐨𝐳𝐦𝐨_ 🐠⋆。𖦹°🪼 5/25/2018 7:08 PM
Haha
Avatar
we even think "don't say we, say I" but it just comes out "we" anyway

I've let a "we" slip out once or twice...
Avatar
𝐂𝐨𝐳𝐦𝐨_ 🐠⋆。𖦹°🪼 5/25/2018 7:11 PM
Same
Avatar
As have we, numerous times on occaison.
Avatar
While forcing, Ive definitely been feeling an urge to say “we” much more frequently than a week ago
7:25 PM
Skye and I have accidentally said "we" multiple times, though primarily with friends.
Avatar
Syfar System 5/25/2018 7:26 PM
Winter, how long have you been Tulpa-ing?
Avatar
I have been around for a minimum of 5 years.
Avatar
Syfar System 5/25/2018 7:27 PM
Hmm, wow. Intersting.
Avatar
We hypothesize 7, but 5 is what I can guarantee. Hah.
Avatar
I don't think I've ever been someone who felt super "we" instead of "I".

Sorry, wrong chat

The issue with my brus tulpae has improved slightly.
11:36 PM
As there are thirty of them the question is which one will be the last man standing?
Avatar
you have 30 tulpas?
Avatar
Oh, no I have hundreds.
11:42 PM
The dude I am helping deal with his problem has thirty.
11:43 PM
MY tulpae don't wish to harm me. And Their world is a clone of this one set in two thusand thirty eight. The only harm they do to me, is a 1v1 match.
Avatar
I... Can't help but think that your idea of a tulpa is rather different from ours.
11:44 PM
But, is there something we can help you with, regardless?
Avatar
No. My idea of a tulpa is the Thibetan Thought form.
11:45 PM
Yeah. My buddy's ran into a issue with his tulpa. They are rying to ruin his life and he can't stop them.
